PESTO VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

1/2 cup pesto
2 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar

Combine pesto, vinegar and mustard in small bowl; whisk until smooth. Serve over salad greens. Makes 4 servings.
