Shelly's Recipe

BROCCOLI CRAISIN SALAD

6 cup broccoli florets, chopped
3 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup shelled, salted sunflower seeds
1 pkg Craisins
1 cup peanuts
12 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp grated onion
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 cup mayonnaise

Combine ingredients and add dressing. Dressing: Combine and gently fold into broccoli mixture. Serves 12
