CAESER BURGERS

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnishes: mozzarella cheese slices, torn romaine lettuce leaves, tomatoes
6 tbsp Caesar dressing, divided
Hamburger buns

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat, 3 tbsp parmesan cheese and garlic; shape into 4 patties. Grill patties 6minutes on each side or until patties are cooked through and onions are tender, brushing onions occasionally with dreading. Top patty with cheese, grill an addition 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Toss lettuce with 2 tbsp dressing and remaining 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Spoon evenly onto bottom halves of buns; top with patties and remaining dressing. Cover with tops of buns. Serves 4
