1 lb lean ground beef
4 tbsp grated fresh Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp mayonnaise
6 tsp olive oil
2 small clove garlic, finely minced
4 anchovy filet (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
4 cup mixed salad greens
Form the ground beef into a patty. Grill until medium rare, about 5 minutes per side. Mix the next 6 ingredients (cheese through pepper) in a small bowl. Arrange the salad greens on a plate, top with the burger and drizzle the dressing over the burger and salad. Serves 4
