BRATWURST IN BEER SAUCE

8 fresh bratwurst
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/8 tsp caraway seed
1 cup dark beer, like double bock
Place bratwurst in center of cooking grate. Grill 18-25 minutes until bratwurst are no longer pink in center, turning several times to brown on all sides.
In a saucepan, heat flour and oil over low heat, stirring frequently, until light brown. Add spices. Gradually whisk in beer and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Place bratwurst in sauce to coat. Serve with remaining sauce.
