BIG, JUICY BURGERS

2 (5.5 oz) cans vegetable juice
3 white sandwich bread slices, torn into pieces
3 lb ground chuck or ground round
1 large egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
10 hamburger buns
Dill pickle spears

Microwave vegetable juice on high for 1 minute; add bread pieces, and cool. Combine with hands. Add ground chuck and next 3 ingredients with mixture and shape into 10 patties.

Grill covered over medium high heat 7-8 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Spray cut sides of buns with cooking spray; place buns, cut sides down, on grill rack and grill 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hamburgers on buns. Garnish with pickle spears. Serves 10
