1 boneless sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
Medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning and dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Few drops hot pepper sauce
Combine ingredients except steak in saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cook steak on grill over medium coals for 16-20 minutes, turning once. Brush cooked side frequently with sauce. Allow steak to rest and carve into thin slices and serve with remaining sauce.
