AMISH COUNTRY CASSEROLE

1 lb beef chunks or ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 lb egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp olive oil

Saute onion in oil. Add beef and brown. Add undiluted tomato soup. Add cream of mushrooms soup. Grease a casserole dish. Layer half the beef mixture in bottom of casserole, half the noodle and repeat ending with noodles. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
