WACKY CAKE

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder, baking soda and salt
5 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract and cider vinegar
1 cup warm water

Preheat oven to 350. In an ungreased 9 inch square baking pan, combine dry ingredients. Make 3 holes in mixture and pour butter in one hole, vanilla extract in another and vinegar into the third. Add warm water; mix until well blended. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve as is or frost with favorite frosting.
