GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

Category: Pork I - Tenderloins and Roasts

Marinade
2 tbsp Dijon mustard, olive oil and barbecue sauce
1 tsp dried rosemary
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

16 oz pork tenderloin, halved and butterflied

In a shallow pan, combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag. Place tenderloin in bag and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill about 6 minutes on one side and let tenderloin rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before cutting on the bias into thin slices. Serves 2-4
