1 cup sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 cup water and oil
1/2 cup mustard
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, halved
A little butter
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Heat all the above, except, just to melt butter. Add garlic clove after everything is heated. Shake well.
