Shelly's Recipe

CORN CHOWDER - Easy

4-6 bacon slices, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1 can cream corn or 1 cup frozen corn
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch pepper

Fry bacon and onion in a pot until onions are limp. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
