Shelly's Recipe

ALL AMERICAN CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz) can kernel corn, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup ripe olives, pitted and halved
2 cup (4 oz) uncooked egg noodles
2 cups water
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook meat and onion until meat is browned; drain. Stir in undrained corn and remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake until mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Serve hot Serves 4
