1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and well drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onion
1 cup biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 425. Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onion rings. Spread mixture into a casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine last 3 ingredients to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings and continue to bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts and onions are lightly browned. Serves 6
