POTATO CASSEROLE III

Category: Hash Brown Potatoes/Casseroles

2 cups cottage cheese, creamed
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
7 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Paprika, garnish

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients and fold in potatoes. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and paprika. Bake for 40 minutes.
