SKILLET HONEY CHICKEN

2 tbsp honey and butter
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup orange juice

Melt butter and honey in skillet. Add chicken and brown over medium heat; turn heat to low. Add juice and cover. Cook 10 minutes; remove cover and continue to cook until liquid reduces to a glaze. Serves 4-6
