PORK CHOP MARINADE

1 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger and garlic powder
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
10 green onions, cut into small pieces

In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and taste test. If needed, add a little more soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add green onions.

Use to marinade chops at least 3 hours before grilling.
