ZEBRA BROWNIES

1/2 cup butter
3 oz unsweetened chocolate squares
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 oz white baking chocolate squares

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a 9 inch square baking pan. Heat butter and unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan, stirring until melted and smooth; remove from heat. Whisk in next 2 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and stir into butter mixture just until blended.

Place white chocolate in a resealable storage bag and microwave on medium for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes; kneading bag occasionally until chocolate just melts. Snip corner from bag. Spread half of batter in pan; gently squeeze half of white chocolate in strips over batter. Repeat with remaining batter and white chocolate. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.
