ITALIAN MUSHROOM SKILLET

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 clove garlic, minced
1 jar pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups uncooked pasta shells
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp sugar and Italian seasoning
3/4 cup Italian cheese blend

Saute first 4 ingredients in a medium skillet, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned; drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients and heat until boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; simmer about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4-6
