STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE

1 cup strawberry preserves
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard
1/2 to 1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup olive oil and water

In a medium bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients, until thoroughly emulsified. Gradually whisk in olive and then water. Makes about 20 servings
