CAPER DILL SAUCE

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp drained capers
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 ts salt and pepper

Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill up to 3 days.

NOTE: Good on crab cakes and salmon.
