Shelly's Recipe

MARINATED TOMATOES

Category: Salad

1 can mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp green onion
5 large tomatoes, sliced

Marinade
1 tsp curry powder and sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper

Combine marinade and shake well. Pour over tomato mixture and marinate for several hours.
