2 cups red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 cup oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
1-2 clove garlic, minced

Blend all ingredients well and place in a quart jar. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Serve on your favorite salad greens.
