RASPBERRY BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
3-4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup toasted walnuts

Shake together first 5 ingredients. Add cheese and walnuts. Serve with assorted greens.
