ZESTY GRILLED CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
6 rib or loin pork chops, about 1 1/2 inches thick

Combine first 5 ingredients in a resealable bag. Add chops, seal and refrigerate 3-6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Grill over medium heat and brushing with marinade occasionally to desired doneness.
