1/4 cup Italian dressing
4-5 medium potatoes, cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup diced onion
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp salt and celery seed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Pour dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and mix carefully. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
