ITALIAN TWIRL PASTA SALAD

2 1/4 cups rainbow twirl or shell pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 cup thin red pepper strips, thinly sliced radishes and cherry tomatoes
2 cups broccoli florets, thinly sliced zucchini, and cucumber
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Rinse and drain cooked pasta and place in a large serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to evenly coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 6
