MARINATED MUSHROOMS

1 lb fresh whole button mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp mushrooms

Cook mushrooms in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain mushrooms. In a glass bowl, mix together ingredients and add to mushrooms. Allow to sit overnight, covered in refrigerator before serving.
