2 cups black olives
5 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 1/2 cups olive oil
Wash and dry olives. Blanch garlic and rosemary in boiling water for 1 minute. Pack olives into clean dry jars. Add garlic and rosemary. Pour enough olive oil over to cover olives. Seal and leave at least 2 weeks to develop flavor before serving.
