SPINACH CASSEROLE II

2 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 small can French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion in butter; add sour and cream cheese. Heat under low heat until cheese is melted. Mix together with spinach. Turn into a greased casserole. Top with onion rings. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
