GARLIC AND LEMON GRILLED STEAK RUB

10 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt or white salt
3/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning or fresh ground black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Using a mortar and pestle crush/combine the garlic cloves with seasoned salt and lemon pepper. Add in olive oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix to form a thick paste. Brush the mixture on the steaks the last few minutes of grilling.
