BOURBON WHISKEY MARINADE FOR GRILLED PORK

Category: Marinades

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh minced gingerroot (or use 1/2 tsp ground ginger powder)
3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning spice (or can use 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper)

Do not add in any salt to the marinade. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Pour over pork. Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours. Remove the pork and discard marinade. Grill as desired.
