EASY CHICKEN MARINADE

1 (475 ml) bottle Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp Dijon mustard, optional (but good to add in)
1/4 cup oil (can use vegetable, canola or olive oil)
4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, or to taste

In a bowl mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour over the chicken. Refrigerate for no more than 6 hours. Remove the chicken and discard the marinade. Season chicken with seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper before grilling (or season as desired).
