CHICKEN AND NOODLE CASSEROLE I

3 cups diced, cooked chicken
8 oz spinach noodles, cooked al dente, drained
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1 cup thinly sliced celery
3 tbsp butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp dill weed and garlic powder
1 roll garlic crumbled cheese or 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese with 1/4 tsp garlic powder added
1 (4 oz) can sliced ripe olives
1 cup crushed potato chips

Saute vegetables in butter. Add next 8 ingredients and half the olives. Add cooked noodles and chicken. Mix well. Top with remaining olives mixed with potato chips. Bake at 350 for 4 5minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serves 8
