WASABI CREAM

1 to 2 tbsps wasabi powder, or more to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice (or more as needed)
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmanns preferred)

Combine the wasabi powder and lemon juice and mix until a smooth paste is formed. Let sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to develop. Add the mayonnaise and whisk to combine. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 1 cup

NOTE: GOOD ON GRILLED STEAKS AND CORNED BEEF
