*CHICKEN DELIGHT* - Easy

1 cup uncooked rice
1 cut up chicken
Salt, pepper and Cavenders Greek seasoning, to taste
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
French Fried Onion Rings, for topping

Place rice in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle with seasonings. In a saucepan, mix remaining ingredients except onion rings and heat up. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove cover and sprinkle with onion rings. Continue to bake for about 15 minutes or until onions are slightly browned. Serves 6
