Shelly's Recipe

*BAKED RIGATONI CASSEROLE*

1 lb rigatoni, uncooked
1 lb hamburger and Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 green or red bell pepper, diced
1 can sliced black olives
2 jars favorite pasta sauce
4 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Chopped parsley

In a skillet, cook meats and vegetables until meat is browned; drain. Combine with uncooked pasta, sauce and 2 cups cheese. Place in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and chopped parsley. Return to oven, uncovered, and bake until cheese is melted. Serves 8-10
