1/2 cup olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained
Grated parmesan cheese
6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cooked chicken or turkey.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry for 1 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and seasonings; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Toss tomato mixture with drained pasta and add meats. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 4-6
