3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 (7 1/2 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
2 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition 3 tbsp flour
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preheat oven to 350. Beat ingredients until smooth and pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or just until edges begin to brown. Turn off heat and let cheesecake cool in oven with door cracked open for about 1hour. Remove to wire rack to cook completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
