2 tbsp plus 1 scant tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
Dash garlic powder and pepper
2 ox lemon juice
1 oz white vinegar
1 1/4 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp grated carrots
Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
