GARLIC DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sugar and lemon juice
1 tsp salt and English mustard
Pepper, to taste

Whisk ingredients to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Makes 2 cups.
