GREEN GODDESS DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp anchovy paste or finely chopped anchovy fillets
3 tbsp finely chopped green onion or chives
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper

Whisk ingredients to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 2 cups.
