HAMBURGER COBBLER

1 small onion, diced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and marjoram
1/4 lb cheddar cheese, sliced
1 can tomatoes, drained
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
1 pkg corn muffin mix

Saute onion and garlic in oil; add hamburger and seasonings and brown lightly. Spread mixture into a 9 inch square baking pan. Arrange cheese on top; top with tomatoes mixed with Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Mix corn muffin mix according to package directions and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serves 4-6
