HAMBURGER CASSEROLE WITH BISCUITS

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (2 oz) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 can refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and onion until tender; drain. Stir in cheese and soup; mix well. Add remaining ingredients except biscuits and pour into a baking dish. Place biscuits around edge of baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Serves 6
