2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
1 (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing mix
3 cup cooked chicken
1/8 tsp pepper
1 pkg lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
To prepare sauce: In a 3 quart heavy saucepan combine evaporated milk and ranch dressing mix. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until dry ingredients are dissolved. Stir in chicken and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes - stirring frequently. In well greased 9x13 inch dish, layer half of noodles, chicken sauce and cheeses, repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min or until hot and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
