HAM AND POTATO SKILLET

3 cups frozen Obrien hash browns
1 (9 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, slightly thawed
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lb cooked ham, cut into strips
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Cook potatoes and vegetables in butter for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes or until heated through and most of liquid is absorbed, stir occasionally. Serves 4
