SOUR CREAM SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 (7 oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil and herbs; drained
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil or rosemary leaves
2 cups sour cream

Place first 3 ingredients in food processor. Process on high for 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream and process on low, about 30 seconds. Transfer to serving bowl and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
