NO BAKE COOKIE CRUMB CHEESECAKE II

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup cold milk
1 graham crackers pie crust
1 cup heated milk
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup cookie crumbs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar

In blender, sprinkle gelatin in cold milk; let stand for 2 minutes. Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended. Arrange chocolate chips in bottom of crust. Pour in gelatin mixture; sprinkle with cookies. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
