Fruit Kebabs With Amaretto Dip

1 (3-oz) pkgcream cheese, softened
3 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp amaretto liqueur or 1/4 tsp almond extract
6 wooden skewers, 8 inches long
12 small to medium strawberries, washed and trimmed
12 seedless green grapes
6 (1-inch) pieces fresh pineapple (may use canned chunks)

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and amaretto or almond extract. Cream until smooth. Refrigerate.

Place, in order, a strawberry, grape, pineapple, grape and strawberry on each skewer. Arrange skewers attractively on a platter with the dip in a bowl in the middle.

Makes 6.
