CAJUN STYLE CRAB CASSEROLE

1 lb fresh crab meat
4 oz shrimp, boiled and chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb Velvetta cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add flour and stir. Mix milk, water and egg yolk, and slowly add to flour mixture. Add white and red pepper. Cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Add seafood. Put into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake 5 minutes more.
